With a combined background that spans professional baseball and top collegiate programs, Sean Guilbe, Mark McNelly, and Cesar Rodriguez bring real, high-level experience to every lesson. From Guilbe’s journey as an MLB Draft pick in the Padres organization, to McNelly’s development across New Mexico State, Seton Hall, and Millersville, to Rodriguez’s time competing in the Phillies and Braves systems—each coach understands what it takes to succeed at the next level.

Confidence on the Mound
Being a pitcher can be a frightening experience, but we can coach you to excellence. Our coaches, who have Division I collegiate pitching experience, will prepare you. You will learn everything from how to throw different types of pitches to the mental mindset behind pitching.
Offense and Defense
We can teach you how to play baseball on both sides of the field. Offensive and defensive skills will be coached in order to create a well-rounded baseball player. You can be the power hitter, closing pitcher, and even the star shortstop. Anything is possible when we coach you!
Playing as a Team
We coach you in order to prepare for situations on and off the field. Playing as a team is a skill that can be used from the baseball field, to the classroom, and eventually to the business office. Working with others is a very important skill to learn, and our coaches can teach you.
